*Note:
-Make sure to disconnect the power before installation
-Priority to install the switch facing the device that needs to be controlled with infrared (air conditioner, TV, fan ...)
-In case you can't handle it, please call the Hotline:
Step 1: Register/Login
Proceed to Register a new account or Log in to an existing account on the Smarthiz app.
Step 2: Connect the device to the app
1.Touch the “+” sign to enter the device connection screen.
2.New switches will appear above the device list under “Just found devices”.
2.1.Tap on “* other devices” to see a list of all newly found devices.
2.2.If the desired device is not found, touch and hold any button on the switch for at least 10 seconds until the Wi-Fi LED blinks rapidly continuously, then touch the “Retry” button on the application screen to perform a search scan.
3.Select the switch you want to connect
4.Select Wi-Fi and enter the corresponding password, then press “Connect”.
5.After the connection is successful, tap the “Edit” button to name it, assign a room, and add the switch to your favorite device list.
Step 3: Install and use the switch
1.Select the switch you want to control.

2.2.Infrared control area: A list of added infrared controls will appear here. Touch each control to enter the detailed control screen and set it up.

1.Tap each button in the app once to control the corresponding On/Off button on the switch face.
Red: The switch is off.
Blue: The switch is on
2.Touch and hold each button to rename and set the timer for the corresponding button.
3.Tap the Edit icon to rename the switch.
Tap the Add control icon to proceed with adding and setting up the switch's infrared control feature.

1.3. Select the device model: Select the appropriate device model. The device will turn on or off once if the selected model is compatible with the device
1.4. Detailed infrared control screen. After pressing Add New Command, point the remote perpendicular to the switch surface for a distance of 2 meters and press the button to add the button to the controller on the switch.
Note:
-It is recommended to install the switch near the device you want to control (within 5 meters), face the switch directly to the device to achieve the best effect. -The IR LED on the switch face will flash when a remote command is activated.
Touch the Settings icon to enter the deep settings screen of the switch.
1.Activating Add to Favorites will add this switch to the favorites list on the home screen.
2. Enabling Child Lock disables direct controls on the device. App control functions and voice commands work normally.
3.When activating the Wi-Fi Router, the switch expands the coverage of the Wi-Fi network it receives.
4.Go to Voice Controls to activate the voice commands that can work for this switch.
Step 1: Start the command with “Oshin…”, the microphone LED on the switch face will flash to indicate that the voice control function is active.
Step 2: Say one of the voice commands listed below.
Note:
-Speak clearly, moderate speed.
-Best receiving range: within 5m.
WEB SMARTHIZ INSTRUCTION
Step 1: Open a web browser and access the Smathiz web link:
Step 2: Enter Username is registered phone number and password (same account with App Smarthiz).
Step 3: Monitor air conditioner , turn on/off switch remotely
Step 4: Power consumtion statistics, on/off history of air conditioner.
